1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ImOK ("the App"), available at https://chetchua.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ImOK is a safety check-in application that allows users to:

• Perform daily check-ins to signal that they are safe
• Create a trusted circle of contacts
• Receive notifications when contacts haven't checked in
• Send and receive safety alerts

The App is designed to provide peace of mind and is not intended to replace emergency services. In case of an emergency, always contact your local emergency services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use ImOK, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ImOK. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImOK to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send false safety alerts or misuse the notification system
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

5. Trusted Circles and Notifications

ImOK allows you to create a trusted circle of contacts who can view your check-in status and receive alerts. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for choosing who to add to your trusted circle
• Your check-in status will be visible to all members of your circle
• Circle members will receive notifications about your check-in status
• You should only add people you trust and who consent to being added
• You can remove contacts from your circle at any time

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ImOK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMOK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

IMPORTANT: ImOK is not an emergency service. The App is designed to complement, not replace, your existing safety measures and emergency contacts. Always contact emergency services (911 or your local equivalent) in case of a real emergency.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImOK and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the App

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImOK operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
